I agree with William - the "we are currently reviewing such benefits" might show they did "start thinking about this". Most of the other content in the thread has been covered many times, but this is the first indication of possible activity.

It will be interesting to see if that actually is something, or just being polite. While the MR lifetime status doesn't drive my choices, it's probably in the back of my head as a tiebreaker (and having recently passed the 1st lifetime tier, maybe a little more forward).
