I apologize in advance if this question has been asked. I decided to begin booking directly on DL's web site. Last night I tried to book AZO-JAN (4 seg flight AZO-DTW-JAN and reverse). All was well until I went to pull exit row aisle seats (its a tonka jet all 4 segments). I am GM, the web site did not allow me to pull the seat I wanted even though it showed open for premium seating/medallion holders. No matter what I did I could not get the seat assignment.

Went to NWA.Com booked the flight got the seats etc. Was there a move I was suppose to make that I missed when trying for seat assignment on the DL web site? It is so darn easy on the NW web site, what does one have to do at DL? All my info was correct on the DL web site: i.e., skymiles #, status etc.
