I will not tire to reiterate the same question: When does BA finally get their act together and emulate FRA/MUC/ZRH limo service for F/superelite pax? Plus, where are real fast track lines for connex at T5?
My apologies for the frustration, but just having transferred through ZRH twice yesterday with an HON on the same PNR makes LHR so - - - mundane.
