You can check with your TA (travel agent) if you booked a ticket through them. If you booked your ticket online, then you can check by calling CX. Their numbers are located somewhere on the CX website. Depending on your location, call the number in your area. They will both be able to tell you whether changing the date in your fare class will cost any money.
