Don't know. I've only taken the train from FCO. From Ciampino, I've done the bus to the end of the A line, and the bus straight to Termini, but never from FCO.
But I'd say once you get on the B line at EUR, maybe 30-45 minutes to get to Barberini, but that's not including the bus to EUR.
