It looks like BCAA is closing down it's brick and mortar travel centre operations and consolidating to a call centre type operation. Kind of shame as we've been trying to build up a rapport with a BCAA TA. We book online and thru TA's depending on the situation.

I suppose we'll be shopping around for a TA like bingocallerb22's also now.
