I did the Boston tour several years ago.

When all the points did not post after four weeks, I faxed Marriott Rewards (including a copy of the offer), with a cc fax to the woman who had booked my tour. I received a call from her within 48 hours apologizing for the delay in posting, and the remaining points posted promptly.

BTW, my 45 minute tour was worth 20k.
