So far, no miles appear to have been deducted and there is no e500 activity.

So a further question: gf and I are flying SAN-SFO-PHX soon. What I'd *like* to do is only use (purchase) e500s if both legs clear. SAN-PHX is only 1 e500 each, SAN-SFO-PHX is 3 each.

But it sounds like it's risky to do what I was doing... Is there something I'm missing here?
