Yes 40TP for LHR-MAD, then 120TP for the long haul, so 320TP for the return journey. I've done essentialy the same on IB via MAD to GRU. Sometimes you get a routing via BCN as well as MAD which gives you another 40TP.

As an aside, I booked SFO-LHR on IB, via a codeshare on AA to JFK, then IB metal via MAD, for 120 + 120 + 40 TP = 280TP one way, for half the price of the non-stop BA fare which earns you 120TP.
