Edit: Actually, .bomb will let me book up to 6 standard biz awards on the flights. What's up with that?
That is XC availability; you are looking for NF. Sadly, these are two different inventory buckets. If you have "Advanced Mode" turned on in your UA.com profile, you can view NC availability by hovering over the flight info link while during award searches.
