In the MSP thread DLBeno mentioned that taxiway M was used as a runway while 27L was being repaired recently. I could see the confusion, especially since 27L is not normally used for landings.
doesn't matter...would be like saying "well officer, the street was closed a year ago so I thought it was ok to drive on the sidewalk"....
