Hmmm...
Another issue I have - when there is a problem with points posted or not posted on Hilton, I call and they fix it for me right on the phone - hang up, go to web site, and the fix is already there.
With Marriott, they seem to do nothing on the phone - it's always "fax the documents and we'll fix it." I wait weeks after faxing and no fix. This is very frustrating.
