Slightly confused chap here.

I rather like the burger in the 'In and Out' in London (the common name for the Naval and Military Club, now in St. James's Square but previously on Piccadilly in the large white building at the Park Lane end with the two entrances labelled IN and OUT - hence the soubriquet created by cabbies).
