The answer is simple:

Call Delta and pay the booking fee ($20 or what ever it is).

The Delta agents can save you alot of time and heartache.

The Delta award calender does not work.

I have gotten lowest level awards (25K domestic coach and 90K international BizE), but never been able to find them on Delta.com.
