Using your CO number on US...
Has anyone had luck getting US to take their CO number? I have to fly US (don't worry, Van, it's insanely cheap relative to everyone else...) this week on Monday and Tuesday and want to make sure I don't wind up flying as a no status DM earning orphan miles with no elite bonus.
