On flights of about 1,000 miles or longer, there are more choices. I think IAH-ORD is just within the length of flight that still gets only one choice for the meal in F. On longer flights, for lunch there would be the cheeseburger or another hot sandwich, and the other option would be an entrée salad. If the cheeseburger shows up on that length of flight for dinner, the other option would ysyally be another hot entrée.
