This is my first time posting to flyertalk although I have been reading posts for some time and have found the information to be really helpful. I have a question about class of service mileage with TAP. My partner and I just returned from a trip to Portugal, and flew our last segment in from Madrid to Lisbon with TAP. We also flew out with TAP to London on the way home. The miles for the Madrid to Lisbon segment have posted and we only received 50 miles, although the boarding pass says Y and the Aeroplan website says we should be getting a minimum of 500 miles for this route. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, any luck solving the problem? I should add that this will leave me 228 miles short of Elite for next year. Furthermore, if the same problem comes up on the Lisbon to London segment, I will be really short, and more than a little frustrated, as we gave our travel agent specific instructions to make sure we were booked in the correct class of service, and she also verified this with Air Canada when the booking was being made.
