Good lord, do not install Photoshop Elements on any PC, ever.

I bought and installed version 3.0 on several PCs years ago, and the damn thing is so bloated and useless. It also has 2 processes that are always running, even if you're not using PE, and take up memory. Just junk! I now try to avoid Adobe products like the plague.

I now use Paint.net ( www.getpaint.net ) which is leaner instead and better to use.
