I don't know about WA but Hamptons only get $15. The formula for the higher rate only applies if the hotel is near full, above 90-95% occupancy, can't remember exactly.

Interesting tidbit, HHonors calculates guests staying with HHonors automatically, and will send us the bill for the fees with a list of all the guests who stayed. However, to get our reimbursement for reward stays, we have to go online and fill out forms. They can calculate reward stays just as easy as regular stays but don't. The reason is that if we miss or forget to submit a stay on time, we don't get reimbursed.
