During the day time opening hours, SQ lounge can be really full as there are so many UA int'l departures at the same time. Remember the SQ lounge is only 1/10 of the size of nearby RCC, or even smaller than that.
Night time hours the lounge is not going to get full til past 10:30pm or 11pm, by that time no more UA int'l or domestic flights left at SFO anymore. I haven't yet gotten deny once if I go there at night time.
