Kauai isn't that big of an island. "If" being close to the airport is that important when you're visiting a tropical island, then this hotel certainly wins the award.

If you want a beautiful beach and view from the resort, you might want to pick Hyatt or Princeville.

I don't like the location at all - there are no sunsets and to me, it felt like the resort was situated on a lake with cranes and industrial ships across the way.
