I'm not really trying to offend anyone here, sorry if I give any of you that impression. I'm just thinking, why would a person demand so much just for the sake of his own comfort (btw, he mentions his flight no. and date many times). I just think these "suggestions" are similar to the "World's best complaint letter to Virgin" a few months ago.
