FF, thanks for the vote of confidence.

I ordered my first 714 award on 7/16, paid the express fee of $15.00 but have yet to receive my 10-day hotel stay certificates. Got the miles posted to DL but no hotel certificates.

Called the award call center and found out that they sent the certificates First Class Mail and not FEDEX. Offered to refund the express fee.

I may be running out of time to redeposit the two certificates and order my second 714 award. I've just about given up on trying to get to the third turn for the 713 award.
