Ugh! Just got off of the phone with an Marriott HGA rep who insisted that redepositing of the 714 award hotel segment (two 10-day certificates) will result in only 106,250 points.

Period.

Not 106,250 points for each 10-day certificate as I have read on this board, but for both 10-day certificates.

The rep stated that redepositing of the hotel segment is "worth" 25% of the original award, or 106,250 points

Has anyone else run into this issue? If so how did you handle this. The call center phones are so busy that it is impossible to get a supervisor.
