1 hour between arrival time and meeting is not enough time (unless your meeting is airside at the airport). Immigration & customs can take up to an hour and then there is a reasonable distance to get into the city.

No arrivals lounge. Not sure if there are public showers but there are a number of airport hotels you could book a day stay with to use a shower - of course that will also use up time getting there, checking in, showering, checking out.
