viperboy333 - just a note to say that Delta does not use check-in time as a tie breaker for upgrades. It goes by elite level, fare class and then time of request for the upgrade (which is almost always the time of ticketing). They will also use Delta Amex Reserve card as a tie breaker before "time of request". However, check-in time is not used on DL. It is used by NW, however.
