17 hours later - back home!
Thanks to everyone's feedback, I showed up about 4 hours early but used the kiosks at NRT to get my boarding pass.
The ANA lounge is everything that people have raved about and more - it really puts our MLL's to shame. My favorites were the noodle bar, the large numbers of available PCs as well as wired Internet connections, and the massage chairs.
I'm intrigued to see what the ANA first lounge is like if the regular business class one is that good...
