I would give my vote to the larger club at the intersection of the C/D Concourse. The B one isn't bad but much smaller. I was in there a few times Tuesday as I was doing 6 segments that day and through CLT between flights. It got much busier later in the afternoon. Everyone working there was refreshingly friendly (chatted with a sweet girl named Pam at the front desk).
