The 563,xxx represents how many BIS (butt in seat) miles you have flown between your NW and DL accounts when they were merged. In other words, you're 56% of the way to Million Miler status on NW.
If you login to your old WP account on NW you will likely still see your 1,893,xxx "lifetime miles".

I've spoken to both DL and NW reps and got the same information from each. The plan is to convert Lifetime miles to MM, mile for mile. I wish people would just give the correct information or say "I don't know." Thanks for the mention of the sticky.
