Must say I don't like the smug attitude shown by some regular T5 passengers who blame hold ups in the security process on "idiots" who aren't prepared.
One has to remember that the biggest percentage of travellers are not regular users of T5 and do not have English as their first language. To ridicule them for holding up others is quite offensive.....it's obviously the system that is lacking here.
