Reward seats are available from 355 days in advance. I have never had problems getting 2xCW seats to popular places (e.g. Male next April and Cape Town next September) as long as I am slightly flexible on dates and book close to 355 days in advance, although of course the outward journey will have to be booked earlier unless you book one-ways, which you can't do if you're on a 241.
