There are a number of law firms who specialise in the offshore financial sector who have offices in places like Grand Cayman (and also shuttle between St Helier and London). In addition, there are a number of large construction projects involving UK-based consultants.
The first flight out of Gatwick is typically full and the lounge in JER is usually packed (incidentally and OT - are the works finished?).
