Was it an English menu? It could have been a typo for 10.8RMB

Last time I was in CAN (albeit last year) there was a restaurant in the international departures area which had a set chinese breakfast. It was a very pricey for China (I think it was about 60RMB), but it came with Tea or Coffee.

I'll be in CAN next week for a domestic flight. I'll be on the look out for 100+RMB coffee.
