I've been trying to get through to the European (toll) number, but there's been nothing but a busy signal all morning.

I'm trying to enroll in their program, and am universally unimpressed so far. Their website threw my application out three times, then told me that "I appeared already to be a member" and rejected my fourth application.

I miss Starwood!
