Given your previous posts you are usually in premium classes, non? In which case I think your philanthropy will have little effect as at many stations lounge use will be billed to the airline as part of the handling fee and billed as a global amount for the total passengers boarded irrespective of whether you used the lounge or not.

Perhaps your well meaning, if a little eccentric "Change for Good" scheme will only make a difference when in traveller and I would respectfully suggest you would have to be popping up and down to the lounges with the frequency of the preverbial tart's knickers if you are going to come close to saving even one job at BA.

Still if it makes you feel good, go for it!
