the comments about tough availability on redemptions has made me stop and do more research into it for now though. Are those comments specifically c/w related? i.e. would it be easier to hold off for another year (24mth 241) and try and get 300k for first (would be tough).
Well, I've been looking at availability 11 months out, and have been seeing enough (just) to convince me it's not totally impossible we'll find something that suits. I fear availability might get worse rather than better as we move out of the southern hemisphere winter (Sep 2010) into spring, but that's just another risk. I've also seen enough comments from other FT'ers (in various other threads) to think it's worth a shot.
