Oh, the CX 'Welcome' video is outstandingly irritating. I guess my surprise this morning was that it isn't consistent.

BA1A, first flight from DEL for a while. I'd had several bad experience 2 years - certainly in contrast to BLR or BOM - so it was nice to be so well looked after. Shortest security queue I've ever seen at DEL too!
