I have noticed that some pax have spoken about the leniency towards the 30 minutes cut off, so JQ must be noticing that has been a big turn off.
What I do not like is the inconsistancy towards Rows 1 and 2. Last night we were allowed to be one of the first to board but due to overhead space I had to place my bag over Row 5. When we were at AKL no announcement or help to retreive, which occurred last two times so we had to push against the
crowd to get to our bags

Over 30 minutes late for my recent flight. We were boarded but waiting on bags and fuel.

To be fair Blackcloud the bags for first row passengers is also a problem on Air NZ. Since I prefer to sit in row 2 I'm often passing bags forward over heads before disembarking.
