The 4 times I flew with them the service has been very variable. 1 really good flight while the others go to very bad. Most of the Cabin Crew are cheerful but I have only been "on time" (to me push back within 10 minutes) twice.
The first day that I used them was shocking, got back to Auckland over an hour late due to IT problems.
Ive found if you get a Aussie crew they seem to be very sour & there is one CSM that is very creepy.

What I do not like is the inconsistancy towards Rows 1 and 2. Last night we were allowed to be one of the first to board but due to overhead space I had to place my bag over Row 5. When we were at AKL no announcement or help to retreive, which occurred last two times so we had to push against the
crowd to get to our bags
On my 6 flights ive never heard preboarding for the 1&2row passengers
