On promotional awards, however, the only option is approximately half off the RACK rate since no Starpoints were used. So if this was one of those, this may be Kevin Mitchell's only option for my assistance in this instance.
Glad to hear of the change. I assume the choice is half off the rack rate for one night (and not for the whole stay)? [While losing points would mean losing points for the whole stay.]
