I guess I should just be thankful I was able to book something. But I know this issue has been mentioned before. Is there any good reason that DL always seems to be "pricing" their int'l award tickets for J class at mid-level or above when they are on DL metal? Is it just because they can?
Business class on intra-europe flights are not really any better than coach. You get a slightly less crappy meal, and sometimes there's no one sitting in the centre.
But yeah, it's really difficult to get cheap intl flights. I wonder if they release this inventory closer to the day of the flights if there are many empty seats ...
