They probably do. With my Monarch Gold card (yes they do exist) I used to have lounge access in MAN. They stopped this in May due to cost. So the lounge use was obviously charged back to the airline.

Do they take your FF details when you enter the lounge - if so I guess they do charge. If they just check your card rather than taking the details then they probably don't charge (or at least don't charge per person).
