When do they credit the SCs? I phoned QF about two weeks ago regarding SCs for 2x domestic JQ JetSaver flights I took in September and they've yet to be credited.
Does the monthly credits occur for all JQ flights or just for JQ NZ flights?
Interestingly the lady at QF had no idea of the promotion allowing eligible QF members in NZ to get SCs on JQ NZ fights till the end of the year. She advised points/SC on JetFlex fares and no points/SC at all on JetSaver fares. Hope the SCs still credits to my account regardless of what the lady said!
