List of Mainline city pair cuts 2008-2009

With the retirement of the 737s next week and most of the effects on the network almost completed, I'm trying to gather a list of cites that lost UA mainline service. I'm looking specifically for cities that retained mainline to maybe one hub, but lost it in others and station conversions/closures. Both domestic and international. If you can add anything to the list or make a correction, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

this is what I can remember off the top my head. If there is no note on the end, it means the station is still a mainline city, but serviced from a different hub.
