Map troubles
I also had no maps for over a month. At first I thought it was a Marriott issue but finally figured out there was no way they would let that happen for any length of time. A reservation rep transfered me to the tech department who said that when Marriott did a recent upgrade the glitch began to occur. As mentioned by a previous poster, when you get the "secure information" boxes click "no" and you will get your maps back.
