Desert Springs is big and beautiful. I especially like the boats in the lobby that will take you to one of the restaurants.

The Renaissance Esmerelda was also nice. It's got a little sand beach by the pool and is right across from the Hyatt.

Rancho Las Palmas is quieter and seemed to be more family oriented. It had small two floor buildings spread around campus-style.
