They messed me about in February (see post above) by trying to put me in a smoking room when I'd booked a non-smoking one and have doneexactly the same tonight.

Life's too short to have the hassle of arguaing over whether they can put you in a smoking room or not, so I'll stay in places that do guarantee your smoking reservations.

The website tells me I've stayed there 21 nights this year and if they can deliberately choose to put someone who's spent something like £4000 with them this year, then they must be doing very well indeed to be able to turn my business away.
