If you'd like to defend all the boneheaded moves that DL has done in the last year, go ahead. So much was beancounter driven. Look at all the changes they made at the beginning of the year, and all the free goodies they've given out in the last few months. Much of it is too late, as the people who were getting burned by the changes have left. It's much easier to retain a customer than get a new one.

I used the DL club a number of times when using my NW club membership. It wasn't as nice as the NW clubs, but was acceptable. The last time I was in the main NW club in DTW, I was shocked at how little good snack items they had. Someone should pay $350 or $400 a year? More beancounters at work.
