The ICC seem to be taking even longer than usual to ticket reservations. My current limit is 3 days before I call pre travel support (01332 854 000) to chase things up and they can get it sorted within a matter of minutes. SQ are the exception, as they frequently cancel reservations if they are not ticketed within 24 hours. And yes, I would be worried if 2 more seats suddenly become available...
I use
Check My Trip to make sure the details of a reservation have gone through. Once it has ticketed a long e-ticket number starting 236-xxxxxxxxxx appears on the itinerary. Another way is to use
Amadeus Asia, which will only bring up a ticketed reservation - this then gives the full detailed breakdown of taxes, charges etc.
You'll find
a few useful websites here.

I have booked MAN-LHR with BMI and business class LHR-YVR with Air Canada on a miles and cash award. If I go on to Air Canada website site I can see the booking but it says unticketed and no miles have been deducted from my account or cash taken from my credit card. The ANA tool has now changed to say no seats available any more in business.
Can anyone give me an idea of how long it takes to ticket a redemption? At what point would you guys chase up a redemption? Should I worry if the ANA tool suddenly has 2 business class awards seats available again for the same date?
Any info would be useful.
