Yes, because the CRC has been shutdown due to globalization economic and it was layoffs alot of DL employees were left from their job. Because it was reason why due to high cost of fuel and it was laid off the job. It was still problems is losing the financial costly. It was almost cause the bankruptcy by chapter 11.
